The #AcademicMentalHealth Landscape
This project is an ongoing anonymous project run by Dr Zoë Ayres (@zjayres on Twitter), designed to collate experiences of people in academia that have impacted their mental health. It is not a research project - it is to raise awareness of mental health concerns often experienced in academia.

You will be required to:
-Summarise your mental health experience concisely in 260 characters
-Please keep your experience anonymous - do not write your name/institution or any other identifying features on your submission

Please note: every effort will be made to use all entries submitted, though refining of entries will be conducted to ensure clarity.

You may submit 1, or several experiences.

This is open to anyone working in academia, anyone that has left academia but was affected, from admin staff, through to undergraduates, PhD students, technical staff and professorial staff.

If you are struggling with your mental health and feel that writing your experience down may be triggering please do not participate in this study. Country specific mental health support can be found here:https://checkpointorg.com/global/
