25th Annual Open Arms Awards                   Nomination Form
Do you know of someone in your parish who is living with a significant disability (caused by a vision or hearing impairment, paralysis, chronic illness, intellectual disability, or mental illness) and despite any limitations, models Christian service to their parish community and beyond? Perhaps you know of a parishioner who is a caregiver and/or advocate for a person or persons living with disabilities. If you would like to nominate them for the Opens Arms Award please submit their name(s) and why you are nominating them for the 2023 Open Arms Awards. These awards will be presented by Bishop Daniel E. Thomas at the 5:00pm Saturday Mass on June 3, 2023, at Holy Trinity Parish, Assumption, when our Diocese celebrates the gifts that Catholics living with disability bring to our Church.
