We accept event table swaps. Contact us at promotion@britcon.org to discuss what event you are running that we could trade promotion tables for.

All tables must be requested through the convention.

Any item that cannot sit on the tabletop or within the limits of the table space will need to be approved.

Any items restricted by other policies or rules of the convention, or venue are similarly restricted.

The group that the table is assigned to may not sublet, sell, or assign the table space. However, sharing of table space is permitted (and encouraged).

No goods, services, or products may be sold at a Club Table, nor may they take orders for delivery at a later time, although promotional merchandise may be given away.  Exception is made for the sale of memberships to clubs and conventions, fanzines published by the organization, and merchandise unique to the organization to raise funds for said group.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Applications will close May 15. 2022.  Acceptances for space will go out May 30, 2022.
