  • Entry Fee - $300.00
  • Registration Ends 4/22/2023 at 11:59 P.M. 
  • NO REFUNDS 
  • Cook-Off teams will receive 2 Vehicle Passes per purchased Space. This pass must be displayed on the dash of your vehicle. Any vehicle without a pass will be towed from the cook-off area (NO VEHICLES IN OR OUT DURING FESTIVAL)
  • Vendor gates will close at 3 P.M. on Friday, May 5, 2023 and will remain closed until Sunday, May 7, 2023 at 12 A.M. 
  • Any TRASH/NON-BIO DEGRADABLE MATERIAL LEFT IN CAMP SITE AND NOT PUT IN THE DUMPSTER will result in the Team not being able to come back the following year. This includes hay, wood, pallets, lumber, decorations, fences, tents, broken chairs, couches, etc. 
    • Can we get an extra space? 
      • Yes. An extra space is $250.
    • Does an extra space mean we can have 2 cook off teams? 
      • No. An extra space does not mean you can have an extra team.
    • How much is registration for an additional team? 
      • Registration for each additional team is $300.00 per team.
    • Can we purchase additional entries after registration is closed?
      • No money will be collected FOR ADDITIONAL ENTRIES after registration ends 4/22/2023 at 11:59 P.M.
    • Can I have a golf cart or 4 wheeler? 
      • No. We do not allow golf carts, 4 wheelers, ATVs, or any other motorized transportation outside of the event organizers.
    • What is the latest time I can check-in?
      • All Bar-B-Q teams must be checked-in by 3 P.M. on Friday, May 5, 2023. 
    • When must all of my belongings be out of the gates?
      • Anything you do not want left behind the gates until Sunday, May 7, 2023 must be out by 3 P.M. on May 5, 2023. 
    • Can I get my vehicle in and out of the gate?
      • No, once the Festival starts on Friday, May 5, 2023 at 3 P.M. you may not take your vehicle in or out until Sunday, May 7, 2023 at 12 A.M. 
    • When can we begin tearing down our space?
      • You may begin break down Sunday, May 7, 2023 at 12 A.M.
    • Can I re-enter the Festival if I have to leave?
      • Individuals can leave and return through the front gate - readmittance until 5 p.m. is free and $5 after 5 p.m.
    Cost for the Bar-B-Q Cook-Off is $300.00 per team. This price includes entry for 4 Meats. Please check the entries in which you would like to participate. Chicken, Ribs, Beef Brisket, and Fajitas. 
  • Brisket- Trophy 1st - 3rd Place and Money for 1st - 5th Place
  • Chicken-Trophy 1st - 3rd Place and Money for 1st - 5th Place
  • Ribs-Trophy 1st - 3rd Place and Money for 1st - 5th Place
  • Fajitas- Trophy 1st - 3rd Place and Money for 1st - 5th Place


Spots are not reserved until the entry fee of $300 plus fees for any additional entries and space is paid via PayPal to leaguecitylions@gmail.com
