The following is a community survey created by the Border Network for Human Rights' (BNHR) EPPD Accountability Task Force with the purpose of gathering general information from the El Paso community on their impressions of the EPPD and attitudes toward reporting police misconduct/abuse and implementing oversight mechanisms.
