Thank you for your interest in becoming a sponsor for the 2020 NoCo Family Expo being held on October 31, 2020! You are joining family-focused businesses and non-profits from across Northern Colorado in this one-of-a-kind experience at The Ranch, Larimer County’s most popular events center.

Your tax-deductible sponsorship will help pay for the many prizes, giveaways, materials, and activities planned to draw in families from the all over the region. Children and their families will experience the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) fields first hand, as well as participate in many other hands-on demonstrations & activities such as soccer, martial arts, yoga, fitness, cheerleading, and crafts.

The sponsorship levels and benefits are as follows:

$250 - $499 Silver Sponsorship: 1. Your business name and website are added to our sponsor banners that will be hung at the event.

$500 - $999 Gold Sponsorship: 1. Everything in Silver Sponsorship PLUS 2. A 10x10 booth is reserved for you in our premium visibility row of booths, held specifically for our sponsors. This includes pipe & drape, 8’ table, and 2 chairs. (if you choose to market your company in person during the event) 3. Your business name will be added to our event marketing flyers.

$1000 - $1999 Platinum Sponsorship: 1.Everything in Gold Sponsorship level 2. Up to (2) company banners hung at event 3. Your business info will be added to Event Directory 4. One of your business flyers or brochures (provide by the sponsor) will be added to our event bags that will be handed out to every adult at entrance of event

$2000+ Diamond Sponsorship: 1. Everything in Platinum Sponsorship level 2. Company info added to STEAM giveaway items. 3. Company info announced over PA system multiple times during the event 4. Your company logo & email link will be embedded in the email that will be sent to all registered event participants and vendors, after the event. 5. This level of sponsorship includes exclusivity in your sector of business, when available.
