教練持續進修計劃是為了讓本地教練持續學習，以達到與時並進為目的。而亞洲足協的教練培訓政策中亦要求教練需要進行一定時數之理論及實踐以更新其教練資格。已註冊22-24年之教練，需於2024年前累積相應學分。
所有學分會累積三年，當中教練註冊學分要求如下：
1) A級 及 B級教練三年內需要累積 30分
2) C級 及 D級教練三年內需要累積 20分

報名對象：已註冊澳門足球總會22-24年之B級教練

The Continuing Coach Education Program is designed to allow local coaches to learn continuously, in order to keep pace with the times. The coach training policy of the AFC also requires coaches to conduct a certain number of hours of theory and practice to update their coaching qualifications. Coaches who have been registered for 22-24 years need to accumulate corresponding credits before 2024.
All credits will be accumulated for three years, and the credit requirements for coach registration are as follows:
1) A license and B license coaches need to accumulate 30 points within three years
2) C license and D license coaches need to accumulate 20 points within three years

MFA will organize refresher courses, details are as follows:

Credits: Total 20 points (10 points per day)

Number of people in class: up to 40 people
Eligibility: Registered C-level coach of Macau Football Association for 22-24 years
