Stony Brook Shutterfly Share Site Consent
The Stony Brook PTO creates a Shutterfly Share website for every class in our school to facilitate communication of classroom events and activities, seek volunteer support and classroom supplies when needed, and to share pictures from the class (usually taken by the teacher). The Room Parents/Classroom Coordinators for each class will maintain the site throughout the year. 

These sites are PRIVATE and can be accessed ONLY BY INVITATION. Only members authorized and invited will be allowed to visit the site. In order to become a member, Room Parents will need to send out invitations to each family. Please use the form below to grant consent for your child/family to be included on the Shutterfly site and provide the best email to be used for the Shutterfly invitation. Please note, you will need to have a Shutterfly account to access the site. They are free to create, and the email you provide here must match the one on your Shutterfly account.  Also note, the photos shared on these sites will never be made "public," though they will be used for the yearbook later in the school year. 

The PTO is asking EVERY PARENT/GUARDIAN in the school to complete this form for EVERY CHILD in Stony Brook (complete it multiple times if you have multiple kids in school). Please fill this out electronically, even if you already did it on paper at Back To School Night. Because not every family was present at Back To School Night, this form will be used for Shutterfly consent.
