RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENTI, the undersigned, acknowledge, understand and agree that camp activities involve a degree of risk, and that accidents can occur. On behalf of myself, my children, my parents, my heirs, my personal representatives and my estate, I hereby indemnify and hold harmless Camp Quest, Inc. and its affiliates, staffs, officers, directors, agents, assigns and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, damage, injury and illness arising out of or related to camp activities, including camp activities hosted online or on electronic mediums or platforms. By registering for any Camp Quest activity, in-person or online, I give full consent for my children to participate. I acknowledge that their participation is at the discretion of Camp Quest, Inc.I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT WILLINGLY WITHOUT ANY COERCION OR INDUCEMENT. *
