Spirit Singers Choir will rehearse on Wednesday evenings from 6:00-6:45 pm.  Do you have any specific scheduling issues that we should know about? (Please describe)
We will require that all participants complete an at-home COVID-19 screening before attending rehearsal.  You should not attend if you have any symptoms or have been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19.  You will be required to wear a mask at all times and practice social distancing before, after and during rehearsal or you will be sent home.  Do you understand and agree to follow these guidelines in order to participate?   *
Spirit Singers will lead worship periodically during the 11:00 am service (not every week).  Services will be posted on the church website and/or social media pages.  Do you agree to allow your child's image (visual and audio) to be posted online for this purpose? *
