I understand that if selected as a speaker I must be in attendance for the entire event. Saturday, April 4, 2020 from 9am - 1pm

I understand that if selected as a speaker I must be on time with the following deadlines and that failure to do so will result in being replace as a speaker. Application deadline: January 1, 2020 @ 8am. 1st full draft deadline: Feb 14, 2020 @ 8am. Final draft deadline: March 20, 2020 @ 8am.

I have downloaded the "Speaker Application Complete Reference Guide" from the Speaker Application tab on the SchaumburgHealthSummit.com website.

I understand that as a speaker I am expected to respect the scope of the other professionals at the event, even if they contradict my own opinions, knowledge, and expertise.

I understand that as a speaker, I am not speaking to directly promote my business, brand, or agenda. The goal of speaking is to educate, enlighten, or spark curiosity in the audience.
