At Aim Academics, our goal is to enable our students to reach their full potential by not only teaching them WHAT to study, but HOW they should study to be a high achiever.

As an Aim Academics tutor, you will be payed a starting high commission of $40/hour and will be trained in offering the best learning experience for your students. This commission may increase depending on qualifications and experience.

Our team promotes students to adopt science-based study techniques, recognising that majority of students adopt sub-optimal study techniques that leave them falling short from their full academic potential

If these are qualities that you believe you instil into your student clients and are interested in applying as a tutor through Aim Academics, then you must:

- Have a current working with children check (WWCC), and if not, are willing to apply for a new Working with
        Children Check before commencing any sessions.
- Provide proof of significant academic achievement in your subject of interest.
- Provide two references, this may be past students you tutored, parents of past students and other education
        professionals (i.e. past teachers)

After reviewing your resume, you will be notified whether you are eligible for an interview with one of our team members.

If successful, we will also show you how to encourage students to not only choose you as their tutor but stay with you for many more sessions.
