Time: 8:00-9:00pm
Where: Kelston Girls College Pool Cnr Lynwood Road &, Great North Road, Kelston, Auckland 1022
Eligibility: Males, 18+, Piha SLSC members (associates, guards, social)/Nipper Dads.
What to bring: Swimsuit, towel, water bottle, goggles (and fins if you have them). Swim cap optional.

Lane 1 will be reserved for those who cannot swim, and will start with walking and floating, all the way across the pool to more vigorous squad swimming in lane 6. Our lifeguards are also using this for swim fitness.
