Dear Sharpsburg Borough Council,

As residents of our borough, we are writing to you in strong support of your enacting LGBTQ nondiscrimination protections for our community. Everyone who lives, works, and visits Sharpsburg should be treated equally, with dignity and respect, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. Pennsylvania state law empowers you to create a local human relations commission which may enforce these vital protections. Please do the right thing and vote to adopt an LGBTQ-inclusive nondiscrimination ordinance, without delay.
