The websites/programs we use are chosen to match the hardware and operating systems we use in school. We appreciate that every home will have their own individual ICT setup which may at times lead to compatibility issues. Without the ability to see your setup we may be limited in the help we can give but we will nevertheless do everything we can to assist in making everything required accessible in your home.
