If panel is chosen, available panel slots will be assigned in accordance to the relevance
of the panel submission. Panel applications will be reviewed upon receipt and applicants will be contacted regarding their status. Panelists will be selected based on the variety and appropriateness of the panel submissions to be provided. In order to be considered, applications must be completed, signed, and accompanied by one of the following:
1) A link to a website representing the information or style of the panel.
2) A video clip from a previously presented panel.
WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE
The undersigned in consideration of Gmoss Designs, LLC/Beyond Comicon is providing you with the opportunity to present a panel to the attendees of Beyond Comicon, I do hereby indemnify, defend, save, hold harmless, waive release, agree not to sue and forever discharge Gmoss Designs, LLC/Beyond Comicon, its officials, volunteers, employees, and agents (collectively “Release Parties”) from any and all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses, whatsoever, which I may have against Released Parties arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in this program, including but not limited to damages, injuries, or death caused in whole or in part by the negligence of Released Parties or otherwise. I acknowledge (a) that I have read (or have had read to me) each of the provisions in this waiver, release of liability and indemnification below, (b) that I understand each of the provisions and (c) that I have voluntarily signed agreeing to abide by them.
