2023/24 Season Field Testing Signup
Form to signup for field-testing at 2023/24 QuadballUK fixtures.

Head Referee and Flag Runner applications will be prioritised for field testing, with Assistant Referee and Flag Referee applications done secondarily. The number of field tests per fixture will depend on Gameplay volunteer availability, therefore signing up on this form is unfortunately no guarantee of being field tested within a given timeframe.
