EUOC does not tolerate any form of discrimination. We are all equal and deserve to be treated as such, without microaggressions, exclusion or prejudice.

This form serves as a reporting system for anyone who has experienced discrimination from/within EUOC, either from specific members or the club as a whole.

We can't apologise enough that you have faced this discrimination, and our Wellbeing & Inclusion Officer, who is the only person who has access to this form, will treat any complaint seriously, dealing with it in the way which they feel appropriate. However in difficult situations they may consult the Club Captain (or wider committee if necessary) for further assistance - please indicate if you would prefer the matter remains confidential.
