Applications received after this date will be reviewed, but may not be accepted due to time limitations.

1. TASC has identified districts that could benefit from targeted teaming support and technical assistance.  Up to five districts will be selected for Teaming Technical Assistance.  Applicant teams must have at least one representative from the school system and one from SC Vocational Rehabilitation, an adult service agency, or a family/consumer organization.  Applicants must identify one individual to serve as the forming team leader.  Lastly, each team will identify and address, through the support of TASC, a preliminary community need.
2. TASC will provide a one-day intensive “jumpstart” team training to the newly forming teams in January of 2021. All team members are required to attend the training, which will cover teamwork basics and the development of an initial strategic PATH plan.
3. Between January 2021 and June 2021, selected teams will receive both on-site and virtual technical assistance. TA will include a minimum of two on site visits to evaluate team meeting effectiveness, agendas, and PATH development.
4. Selected teams will participate in a new team planning session at the 2021 TASC conference.
