2020 Navajo Nation Virtual 4H/FFA Jr. Livestock Show & Sale Wavier Forms
I, (Exhibitor Name) a participant in the Navajo Nation Virtual 4H/FFA Junior Livestock Show & Sale do hereby release the Navajo Nation 4-H Committee & Coordinators affiliated with the virtual event, from any and all responsibility for injuries to me and/or my livestock whatsoever suffered or inflicted while participating in the Navajo Nation Virtual 4H/FFA Junior Livestock Show & Sale. I agree to accept and abide by the rules and regulations of the event established and provided to me by the 4H/ FFA Committee and to obey the directions of designated officials. Additionally, I hereby grant full permission to the Navajo Nation 4-H Program and /or agents authorized by the promoters to use photographs, videotapes, and other records of the Navajo Nation including my name/ or the voice of any legitimate purpose. We, the undersigned parent(s) and/or guardian(s) of said minor child do hereby release the Navajo Nation 4-H Program & Coordinators from any and all responsibility for injures or nature whatsoever suffered or inflicted by or through my son/daughter while participating in the 4H/ FFA Junior Livestock Show & Sale. We understand that my child is participating under their own free will.  The committee shall verify all ownership documents submitted as proof of ownership. We also understand due to the COVID-19 Pandemic sale prices will be affected and not all animals will sell. The Navajo Nation 4-H Program will do its best to set up show and sale parameters, but due to the constantly changing situations, rules will be amended with the best interest to the safety of the youth, staff, volunteers, and staff. By submitting a waiver, you agree to all terms and conditions.
