The society needs this information to prepare a new telephone directory in the near future and to understand our own community demographics. Your personal information will be stored safely and utilized appropriately by ZSBC.

The directory will only list the names & professions of all the people that reside in your household, the home address and the principal member's email address and phone number. The other information collected will remain in ZSBC's database. We recognize that many married women retain their maiden name and therefore we are asking that their preference be indicated.

Kindly fill this ZSBC Directory & Census Form and submit it and feel free to share this link with other Zoroastrians you may know that have recently moved to B.C. If you make a mistake with your initial submission, feel free to resubmit a new form with the accurate details and your second submission will be used. This form should take you approximately 5 minutes to complete.
