MK Transfer Admission Agreement Survey (MK 편입학 동의 설문)
Central Christian Academy provides MK student admission procedures every year in order to support the mission purposes of Korean churches and contribute in educating the children of missionaries who are on their sabbatical. The following are some guidelines that are provided in order to maintain the calling which God has given to CCA for MK missions. Please complete this survey in order to confirm whether your family is applicable for the following admission process.  This survey consists of two sections, twelve questions and will take around 5 minutes. After completion, you will fill out the transfer admission form within a one week period. The final transfer admission result will be confirmed once you receive the filing receipt and attend the family interview (MK Orientation) so it is a mandatory to attend the MK Orientation.

1. The personal information provided through this survey will not be used for purposes other than the MK transfer admission process. *
2. The MK transfer admission process is applicable to missionary families who have served at the mission field for over 3 years and have returned temporarily for their sabbatical. Is your family applicable to the sabbatical return and dispatching standards of the Korean Protestant church? We will contact you separately after reviewing the documents which have been submitted. *
3. Students transferring through the MK admission process will be placed in the class after an academic evaluation. As an educational institution that fully integrates children into an inclusive classroom setting, we already include 1-2 students with special needs per class. Therefore, transfer admission is not possible if a disability or developmental difficulty (lack of social skills, etc.) is found after the student's observation by the transfer committee for the relevant grade. *
Transferring with the MK admission during the sabbatical period will disqualify the student from the 12-year exception for college admission for overseas Koreans. Central Christian Academy is a kindergarten, elementary, and junior high school that has the official approval from the Ministry of Education. Therefore, students’ academic records during their time in CCA will be submitted to the Ministry of Education’s NEIS. Have you fully understood that any student attending CCA will no longer be eligible for the 12-year exception college admission? *
5. Students transferring to CCA with the MK admission process will be supported with the Powers scholarship program. (1/10 of the tuition or after school program fees will be supported). In order to support the missionaries, their children can attend CCA for up to two semesters. However, making requests for financial or material support is not allowed within the school community. Have you fully understood the guidelines for the MK transfer admission process? *
