Since 1995, the Society of Information Management Chicago Chapter (SIM Chicago), The Executives Club of Chicago, and the AITP Chicago Chapter have recognized outstanding technology leaders in Chicagoland with the premier annual CIO of the Year Awards. We are seeking nominees for the following awards:
* CIO+ Award celebrates a CIO who has successfully expanded their leadership role beyond technology, also overseeing other key functions within their organization, like Finance, Marketing, Operations, Sales, or even assuming the Chief Executive role.

CIO Innovator of the Year Award recognizes a CIO who has been especially innovative in his or her approach to producing business results far above the other nominees.
* CIO Impact Award recognizes the CIO who has made significant and measurable social and/or business impact within their organization or our broader communities.
* CIO of the Year Award honors the CIO who has held the top IT position in his or her organization for at least two years, excels in driving business value and technology innovation, establishes strong business partnerships, creates the best-in-class workplace for IT professionals, and gives back to our community.
If you know any individuals or companies that are doing great things because of its technology leadership, please submit a CIO of the Year Award Nomination. Feel free to submit this form multiple times if you would like to nominate multiple individuals.

Requirement for Consideration for the Awards: Has the candidate held the top technology
position in the organization (e.g. CIO. CTO, VP of Technology, etc.) for at
least 2 years?
