The following items will need to be filled out completely and sent in one pdf file to asutcliffe@karuk.us to be considered for a Higher Education Grant Award:

_____ UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS/COPY OF GRADES (*If you have attended college prior to Fall 2024)

_____ KARUK TRIBAL ENROLLMENT VERIFICATION (Copy of Tribal ID or Certificate of

Indian Blood from Karuk Tribal Enrollment Department)

______ FINANCIAL NEEDS ANALYSIS (Included with this packet completed by the Financial

Aid Officer of your school, Send to your financial aid office)

______ CLASS SCHEDULE OR PROOF OF FULL-TIME ENROLLMENT

The Karuk Education Department will be contacting college/universities to confirm the validity of the Unofficial Transcripts. Fraudulence will not be tolerated.

Application, Transcripts, Proof of School Enrollment, Financial Needs Analysis and Tribal Enrollment Verification must be complete and submitted in one PDF file to the Education Department Office on or before July 26, 2024 to be considered for an education grant award for the 2024-2025 academic year.

FUNDING CANNOT BE GRANTED UNTIL ALL ITEMS ARE RECEIVED.
