Much like the classroom, school transportation will look different this year. Students riding school buses are currently required to wear masks at ALL times and will sit two to a seat. We can fit a maximum of 44 students on a bus. If you would like to opt your child(ren) out of riding the bus for the upcoming school year please complete this form. By opting out of school transportation you recognize that you will be responsible for getting your child(ren) to and from school each day. (This form should be filled out if you know you will provide transportation for your child(ren) for the majority of the school year.  This form should NOT be filled out as a daily transportation change request. For instance, if your child normally rides the bus, but is home sick one day, keep them home as your normally would, or if they're going to be a car rider, alert the office or send a note, you do not need to complete this opt out form.)
