One of the most loving things that can be done for our loved ones prior to our own death is to indicate the type of arrangements we wish for our funeral.  By doing this now, you are eliminating many agonizing decisions at the time of your death.  The clergy of the parish would consider it a privilege to discuss any of these arrangements with you.
