Families Rising offers and operates Families Rising MN, a statewide support program for Minnesota adoptive, foster, and kinship families with a variety of services, including Facebook, in person, and parent-to-parent support groups, youth support, family activities, and weekend retreats. This work grew out of the Adoption Support Network, founded in 2009.
