Summer 2021 Women's Team Pre-Registration Form

Please use this form to pre-register for our Summer 2021 season. The season will begin June 13th or 14th. The season will either consist of 6 games plus two guaranteed playoff games. Recreational games will be played at VSC on Sundays, and Competitive games will be played in arenas on Mondays. No long weekends will be used.

The cost for the season will be $1150 (plus GST) for recreational and $1350 (plus GST) for competitive. A deposit of half the fee will be due to confirm registration. Teams will credits from the cohort season will be considered paid for the deposit.

FULL PAYMENT OF FEES IS DUE ON JULY 1st. TEAMS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY JULY 1st
