I will be contacting you by email should I require further information based on the your responses. If you have booked Pregnancy Massage or Ear Candling you are required to submit an additional consultation form for these treatments a link will be emailed to you.
(Not currently required) You are also required to complete a pre-appointment Covid-19 question NO EARLIER than the 24 hrs/day before your appointment.
