Please complete this form for EACH scholarship you receive by April 29, 2020 in order to be recognized at the Senior Honors Convocation on May 6, 2020. Please include scholarships you have been offered from the college you are choosing to attend and those that you are choosing not to attend.  DO NOT include the Bright Futures Scholarship as it will not be awarded until after graduation, nor the Pell Grant for the same reason. If you have received grants from colleges other than the Pell Grant, you may include those as a scholarship.  You may continue to use this form if you receive more scholarships after April 29th so that we can track the scholarships our students receive.  Do NOT include scholarships that you applied for but have not received yet.  You can add those in when you receive them.  Thanks!
