Here at Sunshine Craft Co we love offering a variety of hands-on activations and creative pop-ups within our Phoenix community and pride ourselves in helping people get crafty! Often these sessions can be for large groups or setup as an "open activity" for guests to wander through and do. Activity Assistants help these larger events run smoothly! Typically hosted at resorts around town, these events are often for corporate retreats and can range from macrame workshops to kids sand art.
Knowledge of specific crafts is not necessary only a willingness to offer great customer service and help these events run smoothly.
Activity Assistant:
- Aids our Activity Instructor to help manage larger groups
- Dates/Times/Locations vary (minimum paid hours would be 3 hrs per event)
- Must have own transportation (parking fees will be reimbursed)
- Will arrive to the activity before guests to help with setup and learn more about the project and how they can best assist in helping the activity run smoothly
- Must be comfortable speaking with strangers :)
- No crafting experience required only willingness to help where needed and provide good customer service
- Events can be outside (shade is always requested) and standing during the activity time is typical
- Paid as a seasonal contractor ($15/hr)
The need for Activity Assistants varies a lot throughout the year. This form helps us manage those who are interested in one place and we will email when opportunities you may be a good fit for arise.
