Established in 2017, at the request of the Chartered Institute for Sport and Physical Activity, the BLC is an intimate and pacey leadership course, for new and aspiring CEOs.

Many of the sector's most impactful CEOs comprise our alumni. Find out how the the BLC has powered their leadership - often in serial CEO roles, and learn about some of the successes they attribute to their participation. 

Cohorts of max 12 outstanding leaders come together for intense, practical, action-oriented, experiential learning - designed for the role of CEO. Over the 4 week course, you apply new leadership mindsets and techniques immediately to current business issues.

Immerse yourself in two full days away from the business (04/05 and 25/05 in Oxford). Benefit from peer connection, expert 1:1 leadership coaching, and cutting edge-content throughout your course. Your leadership step-ups are realised through guided practical change in your day to day business.
