All businesses and organizations wishing to participate in Roswell Moves must complete below application. Once application is completed the application will be reviewed by the Roswell Moves! event committee and applicants will be notified of event participation by 4/14 at the latest.
Completing application does NOT guarantee a spot at event.
Applicants have the option to participate in three ways:
ROUTE HOST:
Is your business/organization directly on the route? If you answered yes, we encourage you to participate in the event beyond just extending your storefront. For example, a Yoga or fitness studio can offer free classes out front of their studio or in the street out front of their business. A brewery could host field-day games for adults and a restaurant could create an outdoor seating area.
ACTIVITY PARTNER:
Activity Partners are non-profit organizations outside of the route, but want to provide an activity and engage with attendees. Your application MUST include an ACTIVITY and cannot be a static sales display or simple demo of your product.
It should be a FUN and INTERACTIVE setup.
Preference will be given to Activity Partners that align in some way to our mission. Our overall mission is promoting health and wellness, transportation options, civic pride and community engagement. Activity partners will be chosen based on those that most closely align with our mission and those that provide high quality activities for event attendees.
ACTIVITY SPONSOR:
Activity Sponsors are businesses or organizations outside of the route and historic district area that want to participate in the event. These participating businesses must provide an activity in addition to their sponsorship fee unless otherwise permitted by Bike Roswell! organizers
NOTE: Businesses outside of the event area and Historic District are asked to participate as an ACTIVITY SPONSOR
Once we review your application, if approved, you will receive an Activity Partner Agreement form to sign and return.
There is no fee to participate as an ACTIVITY PARTNER, however, there is a cancellation fee ($50) if you are accepted and agree to participate, but do not attend the day of the event. The fee is only charged if the event goes on as scheduled, and your organization/business does not attend. NOTE: We ask larger businesses and those associated with national brands (franchises, etc.) to participate in the event as a sponsor.
EVENT SPONSOR:
Larger local or regional businesses and businesses not located within immediate event area that are asked to become an event sponsor. Receive additional exposure and benefits for your business/organization by becoming an event sponsor!
