Please note below what your student(s) will normally do when school is dismissed.  This form is intended for DAILY ROUTINE dismissal procedures.  Any changes to the dismissal routine should be noted through a note to the teacher or a change to the office via phone call or email by 2:00 PM (12:30 PM on Fridays).
