デジタル田園都市国家構想（デジ田）応援団は、SDGs Innovation HUB（SIH）やJC等と連携し、デジ田２年目の取組として、次世代担う「地域DXプロデューサー」が地域のWell-beingを高め持続可能にする新産業を生む「デジ田 ローカルハブ」を全国･世界と共創し、「地域→地球メタバース」やAIで可視化、2025/2027万博等を契機に交流･交易を促進し、地域･社会の求心力を高める｢プロジェクト2023｣を、大田区羽田PiOで年初始動しました。
人口減少による消滅可能性都市の議論から地方創生が始まりましたが、デジタル化で発信やPRマーケティングが鍵となる中、全国･世界の次世代に関心を持たれない地域は消滅可能性があります。「地域DXプロデユーサー」研修&検定でも次世代自身による地域の発信･PR等を重視し、「デジ田 ローカルハブ」も次世代主導でビジョン・提言を出し、地方版デジ田総合戦略に入れる先進地域を拡大させることを「プロジェクト2023」の目標に入れています。
こうした目標を達成するため、デジ田応援団は、全国･世界で自然発生的に、こども主体で交流･交易・まちづくりを進める「ミニ･地域」や行政･政治づくりを含む「こども合衆国」を、大学のある川崎市等から20年余主導されている田園調布学園大学、番匠一雅教授他と連携開始。
こどもの夢や力を引きだし、幼保･小中、高大･社会人と、大人の地域･社会にシームレスに接続して実現する環境を作り出すことで、次世代の関心･支持を全国・世界から集める「デジ田 ローカルハブ」を共創する「世界こどもx地域合衆国サミット」プロジェクトを進めています。

Gia. Digi-town(Garden City)” Nations Cheering League (Digi-town NCL), in collaboration with the SDGs Innovtion HUB（SIH）, JCI Japan and her region, and others, is working to create a "Digi-town Local Hub" for the second year of Digi-town, where the next generation of "Local DX producers" will create new industries that enhance regional well-being and make it sustainable, in cooperation with the national and global community. “Project 2023" was launched at Haneda PiO, Ota-ku, Tokyo at the beginning of the year to promote exchange and trade around Expo he2025/2027 and other events, and to enhance the centripetal force of the region and society.
Regional development began with the discussion of cities with the potential to disappear due to population decline, but as digitalization makes communication and PR marketing key, regions that do not attract the interest of the next generation nationwide and around the world have the potential to disappear. The "Local DX Producer" training and certification program also emphasizes regional communication and PR by the next generation themselves, and the "Digi-ten Local Hubs" are also included in the goals of "Project 2023" to expand the number of advanced regions that are included in the regional version of the Digi-ten Comprehensive Strategy by having the next generation take the lead in creating visions and proposals.
In order to achieve these goals, the Digi-town NCL has launched the " United States of Children x Communities," which includes "mini-regions" and administrative and political development that promote exchange, trade, and community building by children spontaneously throughout Japan and the world, in collaboration with Professor Kazumasa Bancho of Denen-Chofu Gakuen University, who have been leading the project from Kawasaki City, where the university is located, for more than 20 years.
The " Global Summit of United States of Children x Communities" project is underway to create a "Digi-town Local Hub" that attracts the interest and support of the next generation from all over Japan and the world by drawing out the dreams and strengths of children and creating an environment that seamlessly connects the children of preschool, elementary and middle school, high school and university, and adults in the community and society.
The next generation of children, from preschool, elementary school, high school, college, and adults, as "Local DX Producers", will create new jobs and industries essential for regions with shrinking populations in the era of Singularity, where AI such as Chat GPT will surpass humans, while practicing "new capitalism" in real & meta-verse in "mini regions", We will practice a "new democracy" in which the next generation of leaders will take the initiative in discussing and proposing tax revenues, budgets, systems, ordinances, laws, treaties, etc., until children come up with ideas that can be seamlessly realized by adults, and will utilize the NFT residency/VISA, DAO, corporate version of the hometown tax payment system, etc. to make them a reality, The "World Children x Local United States Summit" project is to co-create a new industry of "Digi-town Local Hub" through entrepreneurship with Entrepreneurs and exchange and trade with the rest of the country and the world. Preparations began during the summer vacation.
