In the afternoon camp session, we will focus only on creating beautiful & intricately decorated cakes & cookies.

Students will have access to commercial grade tools and learn detailed techniques in cookie & cake decorating.

We will be unable to adjust this menu for food allergies.

My child has permission to participate in the Canyon ISD Culinary Camp. I understand that any camper who does not abide by camp rules may be dismissed from camp with no refund. I understand my camper will be using kitchen equipment such as, but not limited to, chef knives, gas stove, oven & commercial grade mixer. In the event of an emergency in which my child requires medical attention, I authorize the staff of the camp to act for me in obtaining or applying medical treatment. I waive, give up, and release all camp workers, Canyon I.S.D., and any staff members from the liability for any claims for damages which I or my daughter may have for illnesses or injuries that may be sustained at the Canyon Culinary Camp.
