The Wisconsin Hoofers is dedicated to reducing financial barriers to Outdoor Activities and encouraging individuals from all backgrounds to participate in all Hoofer activities.

Please fill out this application for Hoofer Ski and Snowboard Grants.  Grants that can be awarded include but are not limited to: membership fees, trip costs, training and education, equipment rentals, etc. Once submitted, the Hoofer SNS Finance Committee will review and get back to you.

Please expect a wait time of 10 business days for grant feedback. If approved, there may be additional steps for securing funding.
