Conway Arena on Sundays 3:20pm to 4:20pm

• Weekly Ice Time (60 Minutes)

Who are clinics for:
Anyone interested in synchro. We will divide the skaters into groups based on age, skill level and synchro skill level. We will have beginner to preliminary synchro levels.

Clinics will cover:
Skating Skills necessary for synchro (proper stroking, chases, crossovers)
Synchro Elements including wheel, line, block, circle, and intersection

For those interested in preliminary team, we will work on advanced synchro elements such as traveling circle, pivoting block, no hold elements, turns, edge quality and skating skills.
