- All teams receive berths to the 2023 Midwest & Northern NAFA Nationals
- Cert of Ins & roster to be provided at check-in prior to first game
- All teams need to be registered with NAFA (www.nafasoftball.com/nafateams) by Oct 10
- All games continuous batting/free substitution or book rules
- Event has been filled each year since 2015
- Inclement weather policy, no games played = $85 admin fee withheld, 1 game played =$135 admin fee, 2 games played = no refund
