For weekend event fee is $250. Includes meals, accommodation, gameplay.

Deposit of (at least) $50 is required 4 weeks prior to event.

Balance of payment may be made at any time up to the event.

We do appreciate pre-payment by EFT if possible.

Cash payment on the day also accepted but we prefer EFT to avoid large cash handling.

Bank details for EFT will be supplied by email with your booking confirmation.

Refunds for cancellations available up until 2 weeks prior to event for any reason. (minus booking deposit)

Cancellation refund later than 2 weeks prior to event can be on medical or other urgent grounds - e.g. illness, covid isolation (contact us by email).

Children participants are welcome but those under 16 need to have supervision from parent/guardian (who can also be a player). We are not in a position to facilitate children attending alone.

Will be used for all purposes other than booking and medical forms

Full name

Legal/In Use name please (Firstname Surname).

No nicknames here please, as we have to link it to medical details and receipts for bank payments, etc.

We will use your preferred name (above) in person and in communications.

Adult (18+)

Young adult (16-18) - participate as adult, requires parent/guardian permission form

Youth (12-16) - participate as youth, requires parent/guardian supervision throughout

Child (under 12) - participate as youth, requires parent/guardian supervision throughout

Catering and dietary details

Included meals - Saturday breakfast, Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, Sunday breakfast, Sunday lunch

We cater for all dietary restrictions, as long as we have notice.

Accommodation

Indoor accommodation in dorms - between 12 and 24 persons per dorm. Beds are scout camp style bunks.

Shower and toilet facilities are male/female separated.

Please express gender dorm preferences here.

Mixed dorm - I do not mind shared gender dorm

I am new to Chimera LARP and need to complete medical form (Chimera will email this form to me)

Media Release *

I am happy for photos to be taken during the event and used for publicity purposes. My character name may be used in tags or captions, but my personal name and identification will not be used without my specific permission.

I prefer not to have photos taken of my participation - I will notify GMs on the day about this choice.

Payment

Weekend event $250 event fee - includes all catering, accommodation, gameplay
