CCA 2021.2022 BASP Request Proposal
The Clear Creek Amana School District invites interested community-based organizations and other entities to submit proposals to operate on-site before and after school services and programs at five District elementary schools (North Bend, Tiffin, Clear Creek, Amana, and Oak Hill).  Before and After school services are offered to students who are in kindergarten through 5th grade from the first day of the 2021 school year to the last day of the 2022 school year.  The morning program will begin at 6:30 a.m. and conclude when school begins (varies by building). The after school program will begin after school dismissal and end at 5:30 p.m. It is expected the Program will be available to families Monday through Friday throughout the school year following the school district calendar.  The Program at all schools must be entirely self-supporting. The tuition for the Program will be paid by parents who enroll their children in the Program.  


Summer day camp might be an option, but not required for school year BASP.  

Once a provider(s) is selected, a three-year agreement will be put in place.

As required by the state of Iowa, a negotiated fee will need to be added to cover the costs incurred by the school for facility maintenance.  It is anticipated the fee will be minimal and will not significantly impact the provider.
