Registration Due by March 17.  This year entries will be in person on April 13 at Horning Middle School, but may also be submitted virtually if needed.  Virtual entries must be prerecorded, uploaded to youtube and link submitted by April 10.  On March 18, all registered participants will receive a link to sign up for their time slot or submit virtual link.
