The recommendation by The Reiki Association is to receive a minimum of 4 treatments.

Receiving sessions regularly provides deeper balancing and longer-lasting benefits (many clients book a session once a month). But this varies, so I always give my clients a personalized treatment plan. If you've been experiencing anxiety, overwhelming amounts of stress or insomnia for a long time, consider booking 4 sessions as a starting point.
