The childcare and preschool program and its staff would like to welcome you to Growing Hope. We symbolize growth, hope, and nourishment for ALL children in our care. Like a seed will flourish if it has sunshine, soil, water, and nutrients, we liken it to the expectation for all of our staff to make our little seedlings grow into large healthy “oak trees” and “evergreens.” Surviving and even thriving year around in our care. Growing Hope will adhere to Iowa’s Department of Human Services. For
pricing, we will be at average pricing in Carroll County and
accepting CCA as well. New Hope employees will be offered a TBD discount. The Growing Hope facility will be state of the art, with a
full curriculum for educators for infants, toddlers, and twos as well as in or
preschool. Hours are 5:30 AM- 10:30 PM. Food
practices will be following CACFP guidelines. We are in the deconstruction
phase of the building, but I can let you know when we will be ready for a walk-through; looking at it right now wouldn’t do justice. As for itty bittys we have
a large infant toddler room in the making, which will include most to all needs
and food prep happening within that location. This includes a crib rocking
quiet area. Bigs have a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere with access to
technology resources and tutors for homework. Ages accepted are 6 weeks to 12 years.
Ratios of the infant location are 1 educator to 4 infants maximum and up from
there. I will be personally involved in training and licensure with staff and
involved with work towards a high Q41K rating. Let me know your questions, and I will answer to
the best of my knowledge.
