By submitting this application you agree to fulfill the functions of a Community Leader.
As a Community Leader, you will be required to:
1. Mention sponsors who have contributed to the Care Package that your community receives through available communications and/or social media channels.

2. Register players who take part in the event and submit the registration form to Singapore Esports Association. (A form will be provided). All information collected will be handled and protected in accordance with PDPA guidelines.

3. Submit tournament results to SGEA with screenshots at the end of the event.
