Fee for market is $35 per market for a 10x10 tent. For indoor markets, you will receive space for a 6ft table. Larger booth spaces will be billed as additional vendor fees. Vendors are responsible for providing their own equipment (canopy, table, chairs, etc.) There is no electricity available outdoors. Arrangements can be make for electricity indoors on a case by case basis. Please reach out to MFB representative to coordinate.

MFB markets in 2023 will run from February through December and be held from approximately 12-4pm on the dates listed below. Projected weather will determine if markets will be held indoor or outdoor and may change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, all efforts will be made to inform vendors as soon as possible. Market time may vary by an hour or so in warmer months, depending on the weather and any changes will be announced via email. 
Please select which pricing structure works best for you. All payments are sent via Square invoicing to the email address listed on this application.

Individual Markets - If selecting individual markets, please check which dates you'd like to vend. *Please note that it is possible some dates will change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In this event, we will provide as much notice as possible and also reschedule the market*
Please Note: Vendor fees are non-refundable unless prior arrangements are made with MFB representative. We are more than happy to work with you to transfer fees to a future market in the case of illness, emergency, etc. but do require appropriate communication regarding such matters. Each instance will be determined on a case-by-case basis.  *
Vendor Conduct:  Inappropriate behavior of any sort, which includes, but is not limited to, harassment, violence or bullying, interruption of event, failing to comply with any event and event venue rules or instructions of the event staff is prohibited at all MFB events.  In the event that a vendor attendee engages in unacceptable behavior, MFB will take action they deem appropriate including removal of vendor from the event and no refunds will be issued.
