To help us review our uniform policy, we would like some feedback from parents and carers. Please don’t worry! If we make any changes it will be a phased changeover and all existing uniform will be fine while it fits.
Children in KS2 have always been encouraged to wear a shirt and tie. Do you think this is unnecessary?
Do you think a white polo shirt in KS2 would be more comfortable and easier to maintain? (no more lost ties!)
Do you feel a red polo shirt, rather than white, would be easier to wash and keep clean?
Do you think the Brigade jumpers are good quality and wash well?
Do you think the Brigade sweatshirts are good quality and wash well?
Do you think the red fleeces, for extra warmth, are a good idea?
On PE days, we ask children to come to school ready in their PE kit. Do you think this is a good idea?
Do you know what the correct PE kit is?
We encourage all children to be as active as possible and practical black shoe/trainers can be worn throughout the day, even for PE. Do you think this is a good idea?
Do you feel our uniform is gender neutral?
Please provide any additional thoughts you might have about school uniform.
