Tuition Payment Information

Tuition payment is due 2 weeks prior to the festival dates you will be attending. Programs typically fill to capacity before the registration deadline, so early registration is strongly encouraged. Late payments will only be accepted if space permits. PAYMENT PLANS can be arranged by contacting Kathy King at info@brightondancefestival.com. Tuition payments are NON-REFUNDABLE after June 5/July 3/July 31, 2021 for each individual weekend or after June 5 if participating in all weekends, and a non-refundable $50 administrative fee will apply to all refunds requested before the cutoff date for your registration.

I understand that tuition payments are non-refundable within two weeks prior to my selected weekend, unless due to family emergency, extreme illness or injury. A $50 non-refundable deposit applies to all accounts. Ticket sales, drop-in class, scholarship workshop fees, sponsorship and advertisement payments are non-refundable.

I recognize the necessity of occasional physical contact with instructors and the risk of illness and injury inherent in any dance program. I am participating upon express agreement and understanding that I am herby waiving and releasing Brighton Dance Festival (BDF), and Michelle’s Academy of Dance (MADPAC), its directors, employees and agents from and against all claims, except for injury and illness directly resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of BDF, MADPAC, its directors, employees and agents. I further agree that I will not hold BDF or MADPAC responsible for the loss or damage of personal property while in attendance.

Photo/Publicity Waver: I grant permission to the Brighton Dance Festival to use my image in publicity materials such as advertisements, social media, performance programs, classes, public displays, fundraising materials and press kits.
