In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Virtual Live-stream with Christina Goh (hereinafter called "The Activity"), I do hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Christina Goh (hereinafter called "The Host") from liability of any and all claims including the negligence of The Host resulting in personal injury, accidents or illnesses (including death) and property damage/loss resulting from, but not limited to participating in The Activity.
