We are looking for outgoing & friendly individuals with a sales driven mindset to drive revenue and assist customers at our boutique storefront in the UTC Mall in Sarasota.

** We are currently hiring for night & weekend shifts:
- Part time (10-15 hrs/week) who can work at least one day a weekend or every other weekend. Weeknights 5-8pm are also a plus.

Sales Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Consistently meets and exceeds sales quotas set by management
- Welcoming customers by greeting them and developing a relationship
- Assisting customers by offering options and finding styles & sizes
- Processing payments on the POS system to complete customer purchases with credit card, gift card and cash payments
- Going above and beyond customers expectations
- Assisting management in day-to-day store maintenance while providing excellent service
- Performing opening and closing procedures as needed
- Helping with unboxing, inspecting, barcoding and tagging new inventory
- Assisting management with restocking and merchandising sales floor

*Sales Associate Job Requirements:
-1 year of retail sales experience
- Must be willing and able to work holidays and weekends
- Attention to detail & quick problem solving skills
- General understanding of computers/ iPads
- General math skills
